Messages of support from skaters at home & around the world

This site is dedicated to all those grieving as a result of the fatal Sydney Harbour boat crash on Wednesday 28th March 2007, which involved skaters, judges, coaches and friends in the Australian Ice Skating community.

The thoughts and prayers of many skaters around the world are with you during this difficult time.

There really are no words to express the devastation we all felt at the tragic loss of such a lovely young lady.  Her memory will live in the hearts and minds of us all.  My wish for Robert, Kim, Curtis and their families is that peace will find its way into their hearts and the knowledge that our Lord’s loving arms have enfolded her forever.

Like others around the world, I was shocked and saddened to hear of the recent deaths in Sydney Harbour. As a mother of a young skater, my heart goes out to all involved in this terrible tragedy, but particularly to the Innes family. My daughter and I will think of Morgan in the coming months and more fully treasure the experiences we share at the arena and at home.  This tragedy has reminded me how short life is for all of us, and how wrong we are to take anything for granted.

Please forward my heartfelt condolences to the Innes family on the untimely loss of their beautiful daughter,
