Do We Update our Constitution?
Our current constitution was adopted in 1993.
Since then, the Office of Fair Trading has modified the model constitution they provide for clubs to adapt to the club's specific needs.
- Some sections of the model constitution have been simplified
- Some sections of the model are entirely new.
- Other sections are exactly like our current constitution.
The document below contains the model constitution and our own current constitution side-by-side, so you can compare both, section by section :
