Our club operates from:
Iceworld Olympic Ice Rink,
See the Iceworld web site for an up-to-date list of session & coaching times. We run a thrift shop which sells second-hand clothing ans skates on commission, as well as new tights, badges and gloves. This service is provided to all skaters at the rink. The shop is located above the rink's coffee shop and is generally open on Saturday mornings after Skate School or by asking Jai, Marice, Karen or Jane (photos). Currently, the club's activities are supported by the following:
Our major expenses are ice time, catering supplies, trophies, and merchandise for the Thrift Shop. The committee communicates important information to members via the noticeboards and email. The club has two noticeboards:

The Club publishes Newsletters from time to time - watch out for it! To submit membership forms, competition entry forms, etc, to the club, the preferred method is to use the letterbox in the wall of the Thrift Shop (above the rink's coffee shop). Cheques or money orders, no cash in the letterbox please. Our Club To join the club, fill out a Club Membership Application form and submit it with a cheque made payable to Iceworld Figure Skating Club in an envelope. Place the envelope in the club's letterbox in the wall above the coffee shop. You will be given an Club Associate Membership card once you are accepted into the club. Ice Etiquette Priority - Skaters who have their music on have first priority, then skaters having a lesson. Other skaters are expected to give way to these skaters who have priorities. Awareness - Be aware of who is around you. Take extra caution around skaters practicing dangerous moves where the blade is exposed, especially back spirals and camel spins. If at the barrier, look and give way before stepping out onto the ice. No Standing - If you want to stand or chat move off the ice. Falls
- Its hard to see you if you are down low, so get up quickly. Shows Please see the General Info & Links page for details of the annual Christmas Show. Insurance Club members are covered
for accidents during training under the ISQ policy.: Subsidies The management committee sets a Subsidy Policy each year. In 2004, the Club provided the following subsidies:
