The Morgan Innes Foundation                                       Morgan Innes

It certainly has been a difficult past Year since the tragic boat accident in Sydney Harbour.  It still seems so surreal.   The skating fraternity lost three very special people.  Morgan the bright, full of energy, ever enthusiastic, sweet girl.  Simone and Alan fantastic and well respected international judges.  Both had hearts for the skaters and the sport .

Robert Innes has established the Morgan Innes Foundation to assist talented young athletes. The Foundation has been established to honour the lives of those killed and injured in the Sydney Harbour Tragedy.  It will support youth with a passion to excel in the sport of Figure Skating, by providing them opportunity, support and financial assistance. The principal objective is to provide training scholarships on an annual basis for up and coming Australian skaters figure skaters so they are able to undertake comprehensive training programmes with elite coaches overseas .

Robert's wish is for everyone to have a "Morgan Moment".  We should all take the time with loved ones –to give them hug – to do things with them today, rather than put these things off until tomorrow. So ensure you have many "Morgan Moment's" and reward the life that was so tragically cut short.

Please take the time to have a look at the foundation website:  www.morganinnes.com
