If you wish to be represented on the ‘Members & Photos’ page, and haven’t sent your/your child’s details through, be sure to do the following to ensure inclusion in the site:
1. Sign the Photography Release Form, authorising the Club to use your/your child’s photo (just hand the signed form to Gerri (her photo) the Webmaster, on Saturday morning or Monday night, or leave with rink management to pass on to her, or you can click here to email Gerri the forms.
Digital photos only please!
2. Supply Gerri with a biography (see Member's Biography Form which outlines what is required for the biography). Note that you don’t have to fill in all fields – you can provide as little or as much information as you like. Whatever you are comfortable with.
3. Provide Gerri with a recent skating photo in DIGITAL format. Note that if you do not have one, Norman Dean is happy to take a photo for you, (he actually takes a pretty good photo). He is at the rink most Saturdays from 10:30am onwards. Just come along in costume, etc. Just let Norman (0414 563592) or Karen Dean know in advance so he can bring along his camera.
